Chinese New Year
Today is the Chinese New Year and it's the Year of the Pig. I went to Chinatown in the international district too see if there were any celebrations or activities. There was a Lion dance group going from business to business to usher in the Lunar New Year and evict bad spirits. The lions were accompanied by drums, gongs and firecrackers. Wow, it looks very cool. I wonder how it would be feel to be inside the lion costume.
